Getting Here
Directions to the Vineyard
Potomac Point sits just off the corridor between Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, an easy drive south to Stafford. Set your navigation to 275 Decatur Road, Stafford, VA 22554, and follow the estate signage to the vineyard entrance and parking.
The final approach winds through the property toward the tasting room and bistro. Plan a few extra minutes to take in the vineyard views as you arrive.

Visitor Policies
A few details that keep every visit comfortable and every celebration in good hands.
Tasting Bar
- Each tasting group has 45 minutes to enjoy their experience.
- The tasting bar is standing only, with no seating during the tasting.
- Food is not permitted at the tasting bar.
- Bistro reservations must be made separately from tastings.
Bistro
- A card starts a tab on arrival; pay by card, cash, or split evenly.
- 20% auto-gratuity added for groups of six or more.
- $25 fee for outside cakes; wine cakes need three days notice.
- One tab per group, or tabs split evenly across the table.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
- Final bills may be paid on one card, split, or settled in cash.
- Gratuity is applied automatically for larger parties.
On the Grounds
- Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on property.
- No confetti, decorations, banners, or party games.
- No DJs, bands, speeches, or photographers without a private room rental.
- Smoking is prohibited in the courtyard, veranda, and patio.
